a)  SSM Executive-The Social Media Manager will administer social media marketing and advertising of the company. He/ she is a highly motivated, creative individual with experience and a passion for connecting with current and future customers  Administration include:
·         Deliberate planning, strategy and goal setting
·         SEO (search engine optimization) and generation of inbound traffic
·         Content management (including website)         
·         Cultivation of leads and sales
·         Development of brand awareness and online reputation
That passion comes through as she/he engages with customers on a daily basis, with the ultimate goal of:
·         Turning fans into customers
·         Turning customers into advocates
There are some responsibilities of Social Media Manager:

b) SEO Executive-The Search Engine Optimization will administer developing optimized web content of the company. He/ she should have strong copywriting and analytical skills, knowledge of coding techniques, and a commitment to constantly improving on key skills.
1.  SEO Executive Responsibilities:
Conducting on-site and off-site analysis of web SEO competition.
Using Google Analytics to conduct performance reports regularly.
Creating high-quality SEO content.
Assisting with blog content.
Leading keyword research and optimization of content.
Keeping up-to-date with developments in SEM.
2. SEO Executive Requirements:
Marketing degree or related.
Extensive experience in SEO.

c) Content Writer
Content writer a person who creates, print and digital content for companies that provides information or showcases the products or services they offer. The content should accurately reflect company ideals. They collaborate closely with a content manager and clients to write according to a company's editorial style.

·         Organize writing schedules to complete drafts of content or finished projects within deadlines

3. Explain Recruitment and Selection Process of Aviation industry.
 Process of Pilot Selection
1. Screening & Short listing
All applications are screened by experienced Pilot Recruiters based on knowledge of aviation, airlines, aircraft, regulations, language requirements, company requirements and worldwide rules and regulations, the Pilot Recruiter can add applicants to a hierarchy.
2. Invitation
Inviting pilots for an interview is based on those shortlisted and meeting the current requirement hierarchy. If some cases type-rated pilots may be preferred by the company in question.
 3.Follow-up
Pilot Recruiters normally communicate regularly with pilots not meeting requirements to assure that they are aware of their prospects and remain dedicated. Pilots who have other queries are helped and previously unsuccessful pilots are given an opportunity to re-apply after a specified time when an evaluation will be made as to the feasibility of a new interview process.

The tests may include a number of psychometric and aviation related ability tests. Tests can be given measuring crosscheck, hand/foot/eye coordination, theoretical knowledge, mental math skills, short-term memory, spatial orientation and multi-tasking etc.
 9. Assessment Centre
The assessment centre looks at the candidates’ competencies in a group setting. Tests are designed to evaluate how well each candidate utilises available resources, builds on the input of others, works in a team situation, plans for contingencies, and communicates while solving problems.
 10.Personality tests
A personality profile test may be given. Depending on the test, a profile is generated which will be compared to other parts of the assessment. The result may also be used to decide on certain question sets in the behavioural interview.
11. Interview
Competencies and personality probes are used to form the questions for the interview. Observations from all tests are used to form questions to assure that the individual is fully competent, willing and able to fulfil the role of a safe and competent pilot. For first officer applicants a preliminary evaluation of the candidate’s command potential may also be integral part of the process.
 12.The Result

Social Media Marketing is a key to attract new customers towards the business and Social Media Marketing Executive duty is to promote organisation on social media platforms, this job can be done by any professional or an intern. It depends on the recruitment requirements, if the quality is concern than recruiter should go with professional who has experience in the field, on the other side if cost is concern than an intern can also perform a well job as a social media marketer.
A person who understands the subject is capable to do social media marketing, the effectiveness of work depends on the individual. The recruitment process can include various techical as well as psychological questions for example- What do you understand by Social media influence, Digital Marketing or Marketing online? This kind of questions helps to analyze subject knowledge of the applicant. A good marketer can be also a good social media marketer but customer research and targeting should be considered.
 b) SEO Executive
 A search engine optimisation job is a bit technical one, the applicant need to understand the technicalities of the search engine and keywords, in this pandemic period their are any number of technological aspirants are looking for this job.
