Bageshwar Baba Dhirendra Shastri. Madhya Pradesh,

In the last few weeks a new Baba has entered the market. Bageshwar Baba, let us talk to

What is the specialty of Baba?

It is being told that this Baba understands people's problems in a miraculous way and gives very miraculous solutions to people's problems.

But that is not enough, sprinkle a little Hindu-Muslim on it, then the news people will make you popular today. Lal Gandhi made a funny statement on this. Bageshwar Baba is hypocritical, Christian missionaries and exorcist Maulvi also do it, then they oppose Bageshwar Baba.

Why?

Can't a Hindu today be a fool without any restrictions? This is not right. Friends, people become IT, today some people become scientists, some people become this. If some people want to be stupid then why can't they?

That Idiot.

Everyone has the right to be stupid and people of all religions are aware of this right. People will definitely be divided among each other regarding religion but they are united. People of all religions, you will find such fake Baba in every religion in the name of Super Station and some people follow them so loyally. In today's video, let us understand this Bageshwar Baba and also understand the teachings of this Baba. D y relation i Jesus Mahavirat Krishna.

Water in Vern stands against miracles and stands against belief. The people who are doing such work are not only not scientists, they are also not spiritual.

So start with Bageshwar Baba. So the person behind this is Dhirendra Shastri. He comes from a village in Madhya Pradesh, where he also runs an ashram named Bageshwar Dham. According to the report of Dainik Jagran. Its real name is Actually. Dhirendra Krishna Garg and his age is only twenty-six years. He is even younger than me. Imagine, a twenty-six year old boy became a Baba here.

It may not happen that in the coming years we may see that even 15-16 year old boys are thinking of dropping out of school and becoming Baba. But if we talk about MJ Dhirendra, he came into limelight for the first time because of his communal inflammatory speech. It was April last year. His sermon was going on in Sagar in Madhya Pradesh and he said all Hindus should unite and get bulldozers working on the houses of those who throw stones. Veda is that all Hindus should unite at the house of those who are going to die, Bulldo.

A very obvious political reference is being made in Uttar Pradesh. I had also made a separate video on this, but after this it said, everyone pick up weapons in their hands, meaning if everyone picks up weapons in their hands then what will the police do? Leave your police job and become a Baba.

What about lawyers and judges and law and order?

All Hindus, take up weapons in your hands, all.

It is very obvious that it was a communal inflammatory speech. There was an attempt to disturb the public peace. But as we know what is the condition of low order in our country, no one has been arrested. After a few days, Dhirendra says that I am not Baba but Dhaba. I keep making this mistake again and again.

Now as if insulting the Lion Order was not enough. Dhirendra comes in the news again next time. Watch this video to practice Allergedly Untouchability where its socks fall on its feet and it moves its legs forward. Go for it.

And.

But in another case where another person came to fall at his feet, his reaction was different.

So recently Dhirendra came to Nagpur for Ram Katha and here he did what he normally does, reading people's minds and providing his miraculous solutions. Of people's problems. This is where we enter our story. Shyam Manav is the national convener of Shyam Manav. Maharashtra Andha Shraddha Nirmulan Samiti.

There is an organization which was founded by Narendra Dabokar in the year 8. As you can understand just by hearing its name. The purpose of this organization was to fight against superstition and superstition. But what unfortunately happens in August 2013 is that Narendra Da Bololkar is street marked and murdered. He once went out for a morning walk in Pune. People are responsible for this.

But the good thing is that after four months in December 2013, a law is passed in Maharashtra against human sacrifice, supersession and black magic. This was a big victory for the organization because this campaigning was going on for years. A law should be made against super stations and black magic. Narendra continues this work after Dabokar. Dark man.

Have been with the organization since the beginning. Ever since the adoption took place and he calls himself a Sanatani Hindu. In the same way as Gandhiji and Swami Vivekananda also considered themselves Hindus.

To myself.

Mahatma Gandhi also calls himself a Sanatan Hindu and Swami Vivekananda also calls himself Sanatan. Hindus used to say.

It is said that this is not against any God or anyone's religion but against the looting and fraud that is being done in the name of religion. What they lack is in the accord. A report of Constitution of India's Dainik Bhaskar tells us that Shyam Manav has exposed more than two hundred babas. This was his first big case. It is about the legendary Shakuntala Devi who was played by Human Computer.

Which is the top body of Hindu Sadhush in 2017. All India Akhara Parishad had also released a list of fourteen fake babas. The President of this council had also said that people should be cautious of such hypocrites. This brings bad name to the saints.

There were many big names in the list like Asara Radheman, Nirmal Baba, Gurmeet Singh, Narayan Sai. Apart from this, there are many other babas who have been found involved in crimes like Nithyanand Mirchi Baba, Jalebi Baba, Prem Anand Chandra Swami, Amit Chaitanya and as I told you in the beginning of the video, this is not a problem that is limited to only one religion. I am getting much better. You will also get to see Muslim Fake Baba Sheikh Abdul Rahim Raja, Hakeem Baba, today only Noori Amal Raja told the woman that if you want to take care of your husband's illness then bring your daughter and hand it over to me. These days Mohammed was a Tantrik.

Was doing similar things. Friends, you will also find many Christian Baba like this. A horrifying incident was witnessed in Kerala where a woman was blackmailed. Using his confession secret: Generally, when you go to a church, you often tell your confessions. The priest present there was blackmailed using what the woman told him. Then he took advantage of this woman.

After this, there are some Christian Baba who tell themselves how many miraculous miracles he is going to do, one is Bajendra Singh who has more than twenty lakh subscribers on YouTube. Like Bageshwar Baba, this name also removes evil spirits and cures the disabilities people have. What kind of problem is this?

Look at my hands and believe and try.

Look, look, look, boy, come and hold me, walk, walk, walk.

Watch the lyrics of your video.

Victory of Mandate: Fall of Arrogance
It was necessary to break this arrogance, it was necessary to erase this pride.
https://www.alfabloggers.com/2024/06/victory-of-mandate-fall-of-arrogance.html
Now, perhaps no one will save Prajwal Revanna, now, perhaps no one will boast about 400 parks, now, perhaps no one will flaunt with Smriti except Yashoda Ben.

Now, perhaps no one will get the wrong vaccine, now, perhaps no one will spread more fake news in the country.

A patriot is essential for the country, now, perhaps no one will be able to produce blind devotees.

A patriot is essential for the country, the nation needs a true leader, not Feku and Pappu.

The public has spoken, they need work, not free sweets. The public has spoken, they need a working leader, not Prajwal Revanna.

Now, perhaps no one will be able to buy leaders like Akshay Bam. Now, perhaps no one will be able to claim a grand victory by purchasing influence.

The country has shown the power of its vote, revealing Feku's place.

The same UP which made Pappu win by 300,000 votes, made Feku win by only 100,000 votes, showing him his place.

Blind devotees are sitting in their homes, blind devotees will not be able to differentiate between Hindu and Muslim now.

Blind devotees will now get to work, even blind devotees will now feel a little ashamed.

This poem is certainly a sharp critique of the current state of Indian politics.

Key Points of the Poem:
Fall of Ego: It is necessary for the leaders' arrogance to break and disappear, so they can truly serve the public.

Mistakes of Leaders: Wrong plans, personal selfishness, and fraud – the public is seeing everything.

Search for a True Leader: The country needs true patriots and working leaders, not blind followers and false promisers.

Power of the People: The public has shown with the power of the vote that they are no longer swayed by mere promises but by actions.

Secularism: The public has rejected those who engage in politics based on religion and caste.

A Tragic Collision of Negligence and Privilege-The Heartbreaking Story of Ashwini Koshta and Aneesh Awadhiya

A Tragic Collision of Negligence and Privilege-The Heartbreaking Story of Ashwini Koshta  and Aneesh Awadhiya

In the early hours of a fateful Sunday, the bustling city of Pune witnessed a heartbreaking tragedy that claimed the lives of two young IT professionals, Ashwini Koshta and Aneesh Awadhiya. Their lives were abruptly cut short by a reckless act that underscores deep-seated issues of negligence, irresponsibility, and systemic failure. This is more than a tragic accident; it is a narrative that calls for reflection, accountability, and urgent reform.

The Unfolding of the Tragedy

Ashwini Koshta , 25, and Aneesh Awadhiya , 24, were promising IT professionals known for their dedication and vibrant spirits. On that ill-fated night, they were riding a motorbike through Kalyani Nagar when their lives were ended in a split second by a speeding Porsche driven by a 17-year-old minor. The minor, celebrating his Class 12 results, had been drinking with friends in two pubs, a dangerous cocktail of youth and negligence.

The Porsche, unregistered and driven recklessly at 150 km/h, struck the motorbike with devastating force. Aneesh Awadhiya, who was riding the bike, was sent flying into a parked car, while Ashwini Koshta , riding pillion, was flung 20 feet into the air. Both of them died instantly, leaving behind shattered dreams and grieving families.

Layers of Negligence

This tragic incident reveals multiple layers of negligence and systemic failure:

1. Unregistered Vehicle: The Porsche was delivered by the showroom without proper registration. This blatant violation of legal procedures raises serious concerns about compliance and oversight within the automobile industry.

2. Parental Irresponsibility:The minor’s parents allowed him to drive without a license. This dangerous act of irresponsibility directly contributed to the fatal accident.

3. Club Negligence: The minor had been drinking in two pubs, which served alcohol to him despite legal restrictions. This clear violation of laws prohibiting alcohol sales to minors highlights a significant failure in the clubs' duty of care.

4. Traffic Police Lapses: Despite being unregistered and frequently speeding, the vehicle went unnoticed by traffic authorities for months. This oversight underscores significant gaps in traffic monitoring and law enforcement.

The Aftermath and Response

The response to this incident has been as disturbing as the accident itself. When the minor was arrested at midnight, he received VIP treatment. A local Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) and a team of lawyers arrived swiftly to support him, ensuring he received special treatment that starkly contrasts the prolonged legal processes faced by ordinary citizens.

Shockingly, the minor was granted bail within just 14 hours on a Sunday, an expedited process rarely seen in the justice system. The conditions of his bail were lenient: he was required to write an essay, and his parents had to ensure he did not repeat the offense. This leniency, rather than serving as a meaningful consequence, sends a troubling message about the inequities in our legal system.

A Call for Justice and Reform

The tragic deaths of Ashwini Koshta and Aneesh Awadhiya demand more than just condolences; they call for action and accountability at multiple levels:

- Automobile Industry: Strict protocols for vehicle registration and delivery must be enforced to prevent similar incidents in the future.

- Parental Responsibility: Parents must be held accountable for allowing minors to engage in illegal activities, such as driving without a license.

- Club Regulations: Establishments must strictly adhere to laws regarding alcohol sales and admission of minors, ensuring no minor is served alcohol.

- Traffic Enforcement: Law enforcement agencies must enhance vigilance and responsiveness to traffic violations, particularly those involving unregistered vehicles.

- Judicial Fairness: The justice system must ensure all individuals, regardless of their socio-economic status, are subject to the same laws and penalties. Privilege should not shield anyone from accountability.

Honoring Ashwini Koshta  and Aneesh Awadhiya

The loss of Ashwini Koshta  and Aneesh Awadhiya is a stark reminder of the devastating consequences of negligence and the urgent need for systemic reform. Their families, now grappling with unimaginable grief, deserve justice and the assurance that such a tragedy will not befall others.

As a society, we must stand in solidarity with the victims' families and demand comprehensive measures to address these issues. It is only through collective action and unwavering commitment to justice that we can honor the memory of Ashwini Koshta  and Aneesh Awadhiya and ensure that their untimely deaths lead to meaningful change.

we must strive for a world where laws are upheld uniformly, where negligence is met with accountability, and where the lives of innocent individuals are safeguarded with the seriousness they deserve. May Ashwini Koshta and Aneesh Awadhiya rest in peace, and may their story be a catalyst for the justice and change we so desperately need.

Importance of Linkdin for MBAs

 Importance of Linkdin for MBAs

The coveted MBA degree unlocks a world of possibilities for aspiring business leaders. But in today's competitive job market, a stellar academic record alone isn't enough. Enter LinkedIn, the professional networking platform that has become an indispensable tool for MBA students to showcase their skills, build valuable connections, and launch successful careers. This article delves into the multifaceted benefits of LinkedIn for MBA students, exploring strategies for building a compelling profile, navigating the platform effectively, and leveraging it to land your dream job.

Why LinkedIn Matters for MBA Students: A Stepping Stone to Success

LinkedIn offers a unique combination of features that caters specifically to the needs of MBA students. Here's why it should be considered an essential part of your career strategy toolbox:

  • Building Your Professional Brand: LinkedIn is your online resume on steroids. It allows you to create a comprehensive profile that highlights your academic achievements, relevant skills, and work experience (including internships). This serves as a digital first impression for potential employers and recruiters actively searching for top MBA talent.

  • Networking Powerhouse: LinkedIn connects you with a vast network of professionals – alumni from your MBA program, industry leaders, potential employers, and fellow MBA students. This allows you to build valuable connections, gain insights into various career paths, and discover potential internship or job opportunities.

  • Knowledge Hub: LinkedIn isn't just about connecting with people; it's also a treasure trove of industry knowledge. Through groups, company pages, and thought leader articles, you can stay updated on the latest industry trends, learn from industry experts, and gain valuable insights to enhance your business acumen.

  • Job Hunting Advantage: Many companies use LinkedIn to post job openings and screen candidates. By optimizing your profile with relevant keywords and showcasing your MBA qualifications, you can increase your visibility to recruiters and land interviews for your dream positions.

  • Connecting with Alumni: Utilize LinkedIn to connect with alumni from your MBA program. They can provide invaluable career advice, share their experiences, and offer potential mentorship opportunities.

Building a Profile that Shines: Strategies for MBA Students

Now that we understand the significance of LinkedIn for MBA students, let's explore some concrete strategies for crafting a profile that grabs attention and showcases your value proposition:

  • Headline and Summary: A compelling headline is your first chance to make a strong impression. Use keywords relevant to your desired career path and highlight your unique selling points as an MBA graduate. The summary section allows you to elaborate on your skills, experience, and aspirations. Showcase passion for your chosen field and demonstrate how your MBA aligns with your career goals.

  • Keywords are Key: Identify keywords related to your desired industry and skills. Integrate these keywords throughout your profile, including your headline, summary, experience descriptions, and skills section. This optimizes your profile for search algorithms and increases your visibility to recruiters.

  • Experience Matters: Detail your academic experience, highlighting relevant coursework, research projects, and achievements during your MBA program. Include any internships or work experience you have gained, focusing on accomplishments that demonstrate your business acumen and skills.

  • Showcase Your Skills: Don't just list skills – quantify them! Use numbers and metrics to showcase the impact of your skills in previous roles. For example, instead of simply saying "proficient in Excel," quantify the time you saved by automating tasks using complex formulas.

  • Recommendations Speak Volumes: Request recommendations from professors, past employers, or colleagues who can vouch for your skills and work ethic. Positive recommendations add credibility to your profile and give recruiters a well-rounded perspective on your capabilities.

  • Engaged is the New Active: Don't just create a profile; actively engage on LinkedIn. Join relevant industry groups, participate in discussions, and share thought-provoking articles or insights. This demonstrates your knowledge, establishes you as a thought leader, and expands your network.

Leveraging LinkedIn for Success: Making the Platform Work for You

Beyond building a stellar profile, here are some strategies to maximize your use of LinkedIn as an MBA student:

  • Target the Right Audience: Tailor your profile and connection requests to specific industries and companies that interest you. This increases your chances of connecting with the right people and landing relevant opportunities.

  • Follow Companies & Leaders: Follow companies you are interested in working for and thought leaders in your chosen field. This keeps you updated on industry trends, potential job openings, and valuable insights from experts.

  • Reach Out and Connect: Don't be afraid to send personalized connection requests to professionals you admire or alumni from your program. Express your interest in their work, ask thoughtful questions, and initiate meaningful conversations.

  • Publish Thought Leadership Content: Share your knowledge and insights by publishing articles, blog posts, or engaging.
