This is Payal Bhavnani, a girl who does it all. Yes, that's the way she describes herself- passionate, loving, kind, optimistic, she believes in magic of herself.
Payal is a Chemical Engineer and has work experience of 8 months with a MNC called as MSCI in the Client Services Department, Mumbai. However, during her tenure with MSCI, she realized that her inclination is more towards Human Resources because she believed she can unlock algorithm of human mind and deal with them effectively. That's the time when she decided to take up full time MBA in Human Resources, from MET Institute of Management, Mumbai. She is currently in her first year.
She says she is a Quora addict and loves to read newspaper or any stuff that increases her knowledge base. She loves dogs and loves to spend time with them. She likes to watch movies, travel and makes sure she makes two trips per year to her favorite spots. She believes one should live life king size considering each day could be your last day. She believes in loving oneself and keep no grudges, regrets for anyone, she does call herself as an all rounder because she says she will achieve what she has dreamt for herself!
She believes her strengths are the three C's- Communication, Confidence, Convincing skills. She also likes to motivate people and she says she always self motivates herself.
Payal believes learning should never stop, because where learning stops, dissatisfaction starts.
