Tanya Mishra is a 20 years old girl who believes that  “Travel , before you ran out of time”. She is a student of 3rd  Year 
pursuing Journalism And Mass Communication from Banasthali Vidhyapith , Jaipur . She has a grounding of working in IPRD (Information and Public Relation Department), Ranchi(Jharkhand) for 2 months. She lifts herself up, be her own best friend and sometimes her own fan.She has a fervor for photography. According to her, “Photography is the only language that can be understood anywhere in the world”. 

The most alluring fact about photographs for her is that , Photographs capture a moment that has gone forever and are impossible to reproduce.She loves to travel , explore new places, capture memories  in her camera .All she really want to do is to spend her life travelling the world, polish her knowledge by reading books,gratifying her needs by wearing designerclothes and eating and drinking to its fullest.She is a dreamer, She is a 
dreamer, she is a fighter, she is a learner. She believes that Dreams should be like that can ripe your sleeps off .She knows 
how to fight her problems, her faults and put everything to its correct place. She surmise that learning has no age ,the day 
we stop earning will be the day our knowledge will comes to an end.Writing is the painting of the voice”, she always apply this into her life. She believes that we should write no matter what, even the water does no  flow until the faucet is turned  on. Sometimes we fail to express ourselves, but by writing we can express what we fail to say.

Navya Nanda

This is Navya Nanda , always fresh and new as her name implies. She hails from Amritsar , " THE HOLY CITY" and currently studies at THAPAR UNIVERSITY as a 'Computer Science' undergraduate. She belongs to a middle class family but as always loved living in her own fantasy world. As a child she has been a ' good mumma's girl'. She was good at studies from the beginning that always made her family have high hopes on her which she wishes to fulfill .She has always had her mothers back. May be that is the reason she is now pursuing her engineering career.

She has always been an outgoing and travel person, be it family trips or school picnics. Traveling gives her a different kind of high. She is Ever-ready for roaming around and exploring places. She is an adventurous person and feels that everyday is an adventure. For her the definition of an adventure does not confine just to trekking and camping. She has been of the opinion that even some hot coffee, a good book along with favorite music on the roof top counts as an adventure. Mountains have always had a special place in her dreamland and personal favorite when it comes to traveling. She dwells into the peace and tranquillity of mother nature. Those snow covered peaks, giving the impression of gold under the serene sunlight makes her inarticulate. Amidst all these feelings she started realizing that these were the thing, these were the moments she wanted to talk the most about. She is a beginner in writing professionally and and wants the world to know her innervation.

Satavisha is a first-year student of J.D.Birla Institute, Department of Management pursuing BBA, who will be stepping into her last teenage year this November. She is a happy go lucky person and is from the City of Joy- Kolkata. Satavisha was born with wanderlust, she feels alive when she travels.

Job Description : 

This Position designs and prepares Financial Reports and Analyzes results. This requires an understanding of the activities being 

Performed with respect to Accounting theory and Company Policies as needed for the Position.

• Assist in preparation and input of Financial plans to meet the needs of the Department

• Perform Budget versus actual Analysis, identification of variances,  and documentation of causes

• Present findings to Financial and operational management

• Perform Account reconciliations, research unexpected items and resolve inaccuracies

• May be responsible to propose and record journal vouchers

• Analyze and make independent recommendations regarding solutions to problems with varying complexity in accordance with organization and / or project objectives and guidelines 

• Other Duties as required

Basic Job Requirements  :

• Accredited Three (3) Year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and two (2) Years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to Five (5) Years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements 

• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors 

• Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the Job 

• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state / province, and federal / national statutes and guidelines 

• Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner

Other Job Requirements  :

• Keep apprised of changes in governmental, professional, and internal Reporting requirements, Accounting principles and standards through Analysis of published materials, attendance at professional meetings and seminars, and discussions with corporate-wide Financial professionals

Preferred Qualifications  :

• Related Finance or equivalent business experience

• Experience in an Engineering and Construction environment is beneficial

• Demonstrated basic interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to deliver timely and accurate information

• Certified expert in Excel; proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and other 

personal computer applications

• Familiar with Fluor’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and other information technology systems
