#Democratic Leadership Style

This kind of Leadership is the one which is being used by the Business Leader to take the ideas and suggestions from the team members and give equal opportunities at the time of making Decisions in the organization. One of the best ways to retain employees in the organization is their proper involvement. It could be considered as one of the effective Leadership Styles at the workplace.

Autocratic Leadership Style

In this style of Leadership, Leaders does not involve the team members to make Decisions. The final Decision will only lie in the hands of the Leader as he never involves any member to give their opinion. It is exactly opposite to that of democratic Leadership Style. For example – If the Leader has told the employees to reach one hour early as per the scheduled time they need to follow the instructions without giving their opinion. 

#Laissez-faire Leadership Style

It is assumed by the Business Leader that the employees is having desired skills and experience for doing their work so they are having freedom in taking the Decisions in this Leadership Style. The major role should be done by the Leader is to monitor the performance of the employees working in the organization and delegating the task to its team members and building high levels of confidence and trust among them.
