For example – If the Leader has told the employees to reach one hour early as per the scheduled time they need to follow the instructions without giving their opinion.

It is assumed by the Business Leader that the employees is having desired skills and experience for doing their work so they are having freedom in taking the Decisions in this Leadership Style. The major role should be done by the Leader is to monitor the performance of the employees working in the organization and delegating the task to its team members and building high levels of confidence and trust among them.
