It should have been a very Fine start of the week on a Monday morning. I got up at 03:00 o'clock that day. I had to drive down to Bhopal for a meeting with a United States professional, Mr. Michael Donald. We were going to carve out an important deal which was supposed to determine the future of my organisation as-well-as his.  Winters returned suddenly in Indore, in fact the entire North India, bringing with  it a chilly breeze. Because of a sudden change in climate, I had caught little  cough and cold with a hay fever.

My wife, Mrs. Samira Surbhi Gupta, had advised me to postpone this meeting but  since Mr. Donald was coming to Bhopal for only a day and had no plans to coming to Indore, a postponement would have meant a cancellation of the deal and also a bad impression.

So, I decided to go ahead and started for Bhopal at 04:00 o'clock in the morning.  Fortunately, my friends Anshul and Monika  also had to go to Bhopal for catch Raipur Flight of Jet Airways  and we had decided to car pool in my car  MP09 TA 5969, the previous day. So, me and Anshul  were sitting behind while Monika was sitting in the front with the Car Driver Anil.

At the start, we all were chatting and enjoying the morning breeze. But since I was not well, I decided not to be a part of chit chatting and to take a nap and sleep.  After 45 minutes when I woke up, I saw both my friends sleeping too.

We reached Bhopal around 0630 hrs. Mr. Donald was supposed to land at 0805 hrs from Delhi. He was coming by Jet Airways Flight no 9w 2654  in the Business Class. It was a Boeing 737 Aircraft.

I reached Bhopal Airport (Raja Bhoj International Airport) and when I went to check the status of the Flight, I got a shock. The flight was delayed by almost 2 hours. The  reason given was extreme fog in Delhi.  In fact, fog had engulfed Bhopal and Indore  as well.

Ideally, our Delhi Airport which is Indira Gandhi International Airport, is CAT III  equipped, which means flights can take off or land even at a visibility of less than  100 mts. But, for this, even the Aircraft should be CAT III equipped and its ILS  (Instrument Landing System) should be in place. Another requirement is that the  Pilots of the Aircraft has to be CAT III trained.   Being a Pilot, I know that it is obvious that Mr. Donalds' Aircraft did not  meet either of these conditions, hence the delay.

I decided to make a call to him. He picked up and said that he is waiting in the  Security arena for the call to board. As we were talking, there was another  announcement from Jet Airways saying that the flight was further delayed by one  more hour.

We had no option but to wait at each of our respective Airports. He told me that   when he will start boarding, he will give me a call. After one hour, I again made a  call to Mr. Donald and he was still at the security lounge. I hanged up visibly  Frustrated and I am sure so was Mr. Donald at Delhi.

The shocker came after half an hour when he called me and said that the flight was cancelled!!! He continued that now he can not make it to Bhopal as he had to return to US the next day. I was aware of this and it came like a mental hurricane as I had made a lot of effort for getting to Bhopal from Indore and now my whole day seemed wasted. More than that, I was sad that the deal didn't go through. Mr. Donald mentioned that we can meet on his next visit but was not sure when it will be.

I was both saddened and tired. My excitement and effort was of no use and I had to return back to Indore empty-handed. Also, I was little worried that what impression will Mr. Donald carry of India's Aviation scenario and will he ever be interested to come back here?

Having these thoughts in mind, I told my driver to return back. He was also seemingly surprised.

I reached home at Indore around at 14:00 Hrs and was very upset. My health seemed to deteriorate because of the journey and the incident. I decided to call it a day and went to sleep. So, thats' how my week started. You can imagine how the rest of the week would have been!!!

Sahara India Chief Subrata Roy faces Arrest in Uttar Pradesh, the UP State Police said on Thursday, a day after the Supreme Court issued a Non-Bailable Arrest Warrant against him for failing to appear before it. The police have reached Sahara Shaher in Lucknow to Arrest him. Meanwhile, Roy had filed an application in the Supreme Court asking it to recall its Arrest Warrant against him. Roy had reportedly told the court that his 92 Years Old Mother was undergoing treatment at his Hospital in Lucknow. Subrato Roy faces arrest in the Sebi-Sahara case for failing to refund over Rs 20,000 crore to its investors. SEBI, the Capital Market regulator, had asked Sahara to refund the Poor Investors' Hard Earnd Money which it said was raised Illegally. Subrata Sahara, however, retorted that Sebi had no jurisdiction over it as it was not a listed company.



The Supreme Court dismissed Subrata Sahara's plea and asked it to pay the amount with interest. Roy repeatedly missed the court's deadlines to comply with its orders.

Employees of Kingfisher Airlines have sought to file a First Information  Report (FIR) against Chairman MD Dr Vijay Mallya on grounds of abetment to Suicide, Exploitation, Fraud and Breach of Trust. Employees in other parts of the country have been asked to follow suit in their locations.



Employees of Kingfisher Airlines have sought to file a First Information  Report (FIR) against Chairman MD Dr Vijay Mallya for not being paid salaries for 17 months. The employees in Delhi have on Monday spearheaded an indefinite hunger strike in the Capital and have called on colleagues nationwide to join in the protests with their families at Jantar Mantar.



The employees of the grounded carrier, reeling under debt of over Rs 6000 crore, said they have written to the commissioner of Delhi Police seeking action against Dr Mallya on grounds of abetment to Suicide, Exploitation, Fraud and Breach of Trust. Employees in other parts of the country have been asked to follow suit in their locations.

While a source in the police department said the case for an FIR remains thin, the Delhi Police has not officially responded to the employees. The wife of a Kingfisher employee had committed suicide last year citing financial stress after her husband was not paid salaries for months, even before the airline was grounded in October last year.

The Directorate General of Civil Aviation had cancelled the Airline's License to Fly when engineers did not Certify Airworthiness post safety checks, in protest for nonpayment of dues. Mallya now has a two-year window to renew the licence and has been repeatedly insisting that a potential suitor is keen on investing in the Airline.

However, no claims have borne fruit yet. While Dr Mallya had initially lashed out at employees saying they were free to leave the airline if they wish to do so, he has now asked them to be patient and support him in the revival of the “best” airline in the country.

From sporting black armbands during operations to threats of hunger strikes, camps in Kingfisher House to UB Tower and protests outside Mallya’s other events like the IPL, Employees have not left any stone unturned in highlighting their issue before their Management. However, employees at Jantar Mantar said the Kingfisher Airlines Management had not responded to their emails intimating the company about the indefinite Hunger Strike on Monday. 

The management has not shown us any support or responded to our notice of a Hunger Strike. We have also written to the Prime Minister, the Finance Minister and the Delhi Police Commissioner. We are waiting to file an FIR against Mallya on charges of abetment to suicide and false promises made to us,” an employee at Jantar Mantar protest said. “Employees posted in other countries are being paid due to strict salary payment regulations there but unfortunately in India, we have none and hence we have resorted to an indefinite hunger strike.”

Not just the employees, creditors too have taken the company to various Indian courts to recover their loans. A consortium of banks led by State Bank of India are fighting for dues of over Rs 7000 crore from the company. Not just banks, Kingfisher Airlines also owes about Rs 400 crore to the Airports Authority of India, in addition to defaulting on service tax payment.

so. Even The Drivers and Maids are the Same. You Only needs to be strong Enough to Manage the Situation. Its become competition among all Team members who can do maximum Irregularty.

This Middle-Aged Lady, Ms. Miranda, was employed in a Corporate company's Seattle office

and was employed there for last 3 years. She was in the middle-management cadre, was

married and had an 8-years old daughter. She was good in work and nobody had any

complaints. But the problem started 4 months back when the bosses found out that she was

not able to complete her work on time even though she remained in the office full-time

and hardly took leaves.

When investigating a little, they came to know that when the lady was in her cabin, away

from the rest of the staff, she used to spend most-of-her time either talking on phone

or chatting on internet. May be she got comfortable in the fact that given her past

performance, her job is secured & may be she can hang out a bit when noone is watching.

Nobody would have had any problem with her this behaviour, had her work did not get

affected by this. The bosses waited for few more months and even couselled her but to no

effect. When the situation did not seem to improve, they had to fire her.

Ms. Miranda's case is not alone. There are many like her all around the world who just

want to take wrong advantage of the good situation they are in.

Another example is children inviting their friends' over or going out for party, when

their parents are not around.

So, basically when the person in authority is away, those under the person's rule enjoy

their freedom.

While enjoying one's freedom is not wrong, but one must respect the boundaries one is

expected to be in. If you are at your place of work, try to keep most of your personal

stuff to the minimum. These days it is a common practice of workers spending long time

on Facebook and other social networking sites during  working hours. Though little

relaxation is good but for some, it is a whole day process which happens at the expense

of work.

I have even seen a set of team members shockingly with their immediate boss engaging in

an online team game, where all used to sit in their respective places & cabins but were

connected through the game. All this when the owner of the company is sitting in his

cabin thinking that the team is working. As-soon-as the owner used to go out of the

office for some meeting, these team members used to gang up in one place & chit chat and

gossip for hours, maligning the atmosphere of the whole office.

Such kind of behaviour is totally an unaccepted one and I don't think bosses are in the

wrong when they punish the employee who comes to the office for fun and not work.

Similarly, children who don't listen to their parents and do things which they should

not, run the risk of getting caught in unpleasant situations.

It is very important for everyone of us to know what is right at what time. We must

accept the position of authority and must not do anything which brings them to a loss or

bad face.

Had Ms. Miranda known this, she would not have been Jobless now !!!

एक बार एक महिला पिकनिक के दौरान एक फ़ाइव स्टार होटल में ठहरी। उस महिला का एक बच्चा था जिसकी उम्र साल, दो साल थी।

"क्या बच्चे के लिए एक कप दूध मिलेगा?", बच्चे की माँ ने होटल के मैनेजर से पूछा।

मैनेजर: "Yes mam, it’s just for Rs. 120"

महिला: "ठीक है, एक कप दूध भिजवा दीजिए"

घर लौटते समय बच्चे को फिर से भूख लगी तो उस महिला ने गाडी को सड़क किनारे एक टूटी झोपड़ी में बनी चाय की दुकान पर रोका और वहाँ से दूध लेकर बच्चे की भूख को शांत किया।

दूध के पैसे पूछने पर बूढा दुकान मालिक बोला, "बेटी हम बच्चे के दूध के पैसे नहीं लेते। रास्ते के लिए थोड़ा और लेती जाओ, बच्चा है, भूख तो लगेगी ही।“

घर लौटते वक़्त बच्चे की माँ के मन में एक सवाल बार-बार घूम रहा था,

 “अमीर कौन? 

फ़ाइव स्टार होटल वाला या टूटी झोपड़ी वाला?”

Dear Team of Naukri Dot Com,

I am very sorry to Inform you about Mistakes made by Your Team.

How good is it for an employee Ms Nidhi Dobriyal [ nidhi.dobriyal@naukri.com ] of a big corporation to taper to unjust practices just to reach  her target ?

Well, I have got a real life example by an employee Ms Nidhi Dobriyal of So called most famous job portal, Naukri.com

We at AeroSoft Corporation, purchased a subscription from this job Portal of 250 postings in October 2013 . In the last 3 months, I was able to consume some 100 postings while the rest were available. So far We paid more then couple of Lakhs Rupees. We were working with Er Amit Goyal [ BE and MBA ] since last Five Years and never had any problems before.  He is an extremely talented Engineer and Manager who is wasting his talent in  a un professional company like Naukri Dot Com :(

Now, I hear of some new Business Manager, Ms. Nidhi, in the Noida region who joined this job portal. She calls me one fine day and tells me that she has to complete her Target for the fiscal and asked me If she can republish my old postings to complete her target.

As this was not harming me in any way, I told her to go ahead with few latest postings.

However, to my shock, I later came to know that she also used my remaining postings and that too with the old Human Resources personnel's contact no. In no time, all my postings were consumed. It caused us a heavy losses in many ways.

On top of it, the Ex-HR Manager personnel whose contact no. was provided, was fired by our company sometime back for some reason. Now, she started getting calls from candidates. She calls me many a times to get her number erased from the Job Postings.

I had to go through all this Financial Loss & Mental Torture just because one Selfish Executive of this so-called famous organization used me (a dedicated client) to complete her Job Goals.


Neither will I advise anybody to so the same. Also I asked my Lawer to take a Legal Action against these Naukri Dot Com

This Selfish employee not only created troubles for us but also made her company lose one client. Hope this should be a learning lesson for her, through a hard way. I know due to global Recession its difficult to hire better team like Amit Goyal but its better to fire an un professional Employee like Ms Nidhi Dobriyal as soon as Possible so other SMEs like us would not leave your Association and suffer like us.

The Worst Part is  No One is Trying to Understand the Problem from Naukri :( 


However, to my shock, I later came to know that she also used my remaining postings and that too with the ex-Human Resources personnel's contact no, who was no longer with our company. In no time, all my postings were consumed. It caused me very heavy  losses.


They have even deleted my account and Ms. Nidhi has switched off her phone. Hence, I can not even call her. 

I had to gone through all this financial loss & mental torture just because I made a mistake of trusting Naukri.com. In comparison, I have found services of Monster.com and other portals very professional and convincing. 

This is highly unprofessional and callous behaviour from Naukri.com. They are very unethical in practices. I have lost my precious time on following up with them with no result. 

I have lost all the patience. I am determined to make them refund my money and also compensate for the mental stress and time loss. I have enough evidence against them and will take the help of the media and consumer court. 

Companies like Naukri.com should not be allowed to operate in India and their licenses should be cancelled. They are a big cheat and fraud. It is clear that in the guise of providing services to the needy, they are just hoarding money. 

I will never ever buy any subscription from this job portal ever again. Neither will I advise anybody to so the same. They should be banned and be punished severely for cheating customers and duping them of their money.

How good is it for an employee of a big corporation to taper to unjust practices just to reach his/her target? 

Well, I have got a real life example by an employee of a famous job portal, Naukri.com. 

I, on behalf of my company, AeroSoft Corporation, purchased a subscription from this job Portal of 250 postings in October 2013 . In the last 3 months, I was able to consume some 100 postings while the rest were available. 

Now, I hear of some new Business Manager, Ms. Nidhi, in the Noida region who joined this job portal. She calls me one fine day and tells me that she has to complete her target for the fiscal and asked me If she can republish my old postings to complete her target. 

As this was not harming me in any way, I told her to go ahead.

However, to my shock, I later came to know that she also used my remaining postings and that too with the old Human Resources personnel's contact no. In no time, all my postings were consumed. It caused me a heavy losses in many ways. 

On top of it, the Ex-HR Manager personnel whose contact no. was provided, was fired by our company sometime back for some reason. Now, she started getting calls from candidates. She calls me and threatens to sue me if I don't get her number erased from the job postings.

I had to go through all this financial loss & mental torture just because one selfish executive of this so-called famous organization used me (a dedicated client) to complete her job goals.

I am going to write a mail to the CEO of this company complaining about this incident and I vouch that I will never ever buy any subscription from this Naukri Dot Com job portal ever again. 

Neither will I advise anybody to so the same.

This selfish employee not only created troubles for me but also made her company lose one client. Hope this should be a learning lesson for her, through a hard way.

Real Estate 

Real Estate is the Biggest and the Most Important Shopping Product, both for the Buyer and the Seller. Real Estate Market in India has seen many ups and downs since many Years. There is a feeling that the Markets may go down further by 20% - 30% in next few Years. But its not all and there is a lot which is Positive about the Sector too in India.

Let us try to find out some Optimistic facts about the Industry in India:

a) Since last Two Decades, there has been a commendableGrowth in Real Estate and Infrastructure Field in India. From Homes to Apartments, Roads to Highways, Offices to Malls, the Growth is just unprecedented. This shows that even though the Graph may be down for a while, there is no need to despair in the long run. 

b) The Real Estate Growth Story has been attributed to few Factors like the Increasing Purchasing Power, High Per Capita Incomes, favourable Demographics, Customer-friendly Banks and Non-Banking Finance Companies (NBFCs), favourable Reforms by the Government and Organized Real Estate Market.Real Estate Industry contributes more than to 6% towards our National Gross Domestic Product (GDP).


c) Real Estate has long been a preferred Investment Option for many Investors. Besides Resident Indians, there are many Non-Resident Indians Investing in their Country of Origin at various Places just because they are sure of the Growth of their Hard-earned Money and thus Earning a Good Return in it. 

d) There is a General Hope that the Indian Rupee will surely be able to curb its free Fall against the Dollar and the Indian Economy will be able to turn around. Also, many Private Equity (PE) Investors are now also willing to Invest in the Sector more.

e) As per some Industry Analysts, because of the Cyclical Nature of the Markets, the Real Estate Market will get a major Boost in next 5-6 years. It is a Good Time to Invest in Properties especially in Metros and fast-growing Cities like Indore, Chandigarh, Coimbatore, Lucknow etc. Also, mid-range Houses are expected to give better Returns than Premium or Luxury Apartments. 

f) Religious Places like Shirdi, Puri, Benaras, Tirupati etc., although remain low Profile, but have the Best Real Estate situations in the Country. The Reason being they don't get affected by Recession. In fact, more Recession, more Demand by People to come and stay in these Places. Also, many NRIs prefer Buying Properties in these Places and visit in Vacations and Holidays to stay and be nearer to God.  

g) Some prevailing of Real Estate scenarios in the Country:

1) The Real Estate Market is witnessing a Boom after the arrival of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) in the Delhi Government and lot of optimism is visible amongst the Investors about the Local Market.

2) The 'Super Corridor' in Indore connecting the City with the upcoming International Airport is already seeing a surge in Projects on the stretch and their Prices. Each iota of Land has been taken up by some Developer or the other for bringing up their Dream Projects.  

3) Despite the uncertain Political Scenario in Andhra Pradesh, the Real Estate Market here is witnessing a Growth starting this Year following the Decision on Telangana by the Government. Over the next 4-5 Years, some Areas of Hyderabad like those adjescent to Bangalore Highway (Shadnagar etc.) are sure to get the Land Prices doubled.
