A Simple Warning for Business Owners

In today’s digital world, many Businesses depend on Marketing agencies to grow their online Sales, especially on platforms like Amazon. Unfortunately, not every Agency delivers what they promise.

This is my personal experience with Cruzen Digital Pvt Ltd, which turned into a frustrating and disappointing Journey.


How It Started

I received a call from Mr. Siddharth Mahana, who Introduced himself as an e-commerce expert.

He made strong promises like:

  • Guaranteed increase in Sales

  • Professional Amazon account management

  • Proven strategies for growth

  • Quick and visible results

After watching their Videos and trusting these claims, I decided to move forward.




Payment Made

I paid ₹5,950 for their service.

At this stage, everything looked professional and convincing.


What Happened After Payment

Things changed completely after the payment was made.

Here’s what I experienced:

❌ No Results

  • No increase in Sales

  • In fact, Sales dropped after giving them access

❌ Poor Execution

  • Listings were not properly handled

  • Basic Amazon issues were not resolved

❌ Delays Everywhere

  • Tasks that should take hours took days

  • No clear progress or updates


Communication Problems

One of the biggest issues was communication.

  • Calls were rarely answered

  • I was always told to “message on WhatsApp”

  • Promised callbacks never happened

  • Different team members gave different answers

Even simple requests like activating listings or arranging Amazon support calls were delayed.


Reality vs Promises

What was promised:

  • Growth in Sales

  • Professional service

  • Quick results

What actually happened:

  • No Sales

  • No clear work done

  • Only excuses and delays


WhatsApp Interaction Pattern

From the chat records , the pattern was clear:

  • “Team is working on it”

  • “Will increase Sales soon”

  • “Coupons will improve visibility”

But:

  • No real improvement happened

  • No clear strategy was visible

  • No accountability was taken


Refund Request

Due to poor performance, I requested a refund.

What happened:

  • Refund was not processed

  • Responses were vague

  • The team kept saying “work is ongoing”

This made the situation even more frustrating.


Key Issues Faced

1. Overpromising

Big claims were made, but nothing was delivered.

2. Poor Communication

No proper calls, only WhatsApp replies.

3. No Results

No Sales growth at all.

4. No Accountability

Mistakes were blamed on me instead of fixing issues.

5. Refund Not Given

Even after dissatisfaction, no proper refund support.

✔ Get clear written commitments
✔ Track performance regularly

The Tale from the Hills 

The year was 2008. In Dharamshala, Life was slow, Simple, and filled with Small joys.

Ridhiya and Shradha sat together in School, sharing tiffin, Laughing at little things, and talking about their Future.

Ridhiya would always say,
"I want a big job… big City… big Life."

Shradha would smile and reply,
"I just want to enjoy and live Happy Life… wherever I am."

Back then, both sounded right.


Life Takes Its Turn

Years passed.

Ridhiya worked hard and got into a big MNC Abroad. The kind of company everyone dreams of. Good Salary, great exposure, a Life that looked perfect from the outside.

Shradha stayed back in Dharamshala. She didn’t run behind big titles. She started a Small café where People came to relax, talk, and just breathe.

One chose Growth.
The other chose peace.


Meeting Again — 2026

After many years, Ridhiya came back.

She looked Successful—well dressed, confident, always on her phone. Even while walking, she was replying to emails.

Shradha was the same—Simple, calm, smiling.

They met outside Shradha’s café.

In today’s fast-moving digital world, trust is currency. And when that trust is broken, the damage goes far beyond money.

This is a story many entrepreneurs will relate to.


The Promises

Dialforce approached us with confidence:
“Sir, pay ₹15,000 per month and we will generate significant business for you through TC.”

It sounded promising. We believed them.
We paid.

But what followed?
No results. Only excuses.


Then came LMM:
“Sir, pay ₹8,000 per month and we will deliver business through TC.”

Again, we trusted.
Again, we paid.

And once again—
No results. Only excuses.


Next was Cruzen Digital:
“Sir, pay ₹6,000 per month and we will boost your book sales.”

We gave them a chance.
We paid.

The outcome?
No results. Only excuses.


The Reality

This isn’t just about money.
It’s about the countless hours of hard work, dedication, and belief that go into earning that money.

Every rupee paid was earned through effort, commitment, and sacrifice.


A Message to Those Who Mislead

You may think it’s easy to make false promises and take advantage of someone’s trust.
You may believe there are no consequences.

But remember—actions always have outcomes.

Integrity matters.
Accountability matters.

If you have taken money without delivering what was promised, the right thing to do is simple:

Return what isn’t yours.



This is not just a complaint—it’s a reminder.

To businesses: deliver what you promise.

The Cost of Empty Promises: A Warning to the Business Community

In my years as an aviator and entrepreneur, I have built my businesses—Asiatic International Corp and AlfaBooks—on the foundation of trust and results. Unfortunately, even with due diligence, one occasionally encounters "partners" who prioritize collection over commitment.

I am sharing our recent experiences with three specific vendors to ensure other founders and HR professionals are not misled by the same "guaranteed results" that were never delivered.

1. Dialforce: The ₹15,000 Disconnect

We engaged Dialforce under the assurance of generating substantial business via their Tele-Calling (TC) infrastructure.

  • The Commitment: ₹15,000 per month.

  • The Reality: Despite working with Laxmi (SPOC), Mirza (Team Lead), and Priti, the service was plagued by operational delays and a fundamental lack of understanding of our brand. They misrepresented our professional aviation services as a simple "blog."

  • The Result: High excuses, zero conversion, and reports of their own staff, such as Raja Murthy, being left unpaid.

2. LMM: Unfulfilled Lead Generation

Similar to Dialforce, LMM promised a pipeline of business via TC for a monthly fee.

  • The Investment: ₹8,000 per month.

  • The Outcome: We honored our end of the agreement with immediate payment. In return, we received no tangible results—only a cycle of justifications for why the targets were missed.

3. Cruzen Digital: The AlfaBooks Setback

For our publishing wing, AlfaBooks, we sought to boost sales through Cruzen Digital.

  • The Investment: ₹6,000 per month.

  • The Outcome: A complete failure to generate book sales. Like the others, they were quick to collect "hard-earned money" but slow to provide any professional value.


A Message to the Management of These Firms

Business is built on the sweat and capital of people trying to make a difference. When you take money from Asiatic HR or AlfaBook HR and deliver nothing, you aren't just "failing a client"—you are compromising your own integrity.

We have documented every interaction and every unfulfilled promise. We are demanding a full refund of these payments. To the leadership at Dialforce, LMM, and Cruzen Digital: remember that a reputation takes a lifetime to build but only one unethical transaction to destroy.

To my fellow entrepreneurs: Always verify, document everything, and be wary of those who promise "lots of business" for a monthly fee without a proven track record of accountability.
