A Simple Warning for Business Owners
In today’s digital world, many Businesses depend on Marketing agencies to grow their online Sales, especially on platforms like Amazon. Unfortunately, not every Agency delivers what they promise.
This is my personal experience with Cruzen Digital Pvt Ltd, which turned into a frustrating and disappointing Journey.
How It Started
I received a call from Mr. Siddharth Mahana, who Introduced himself as an e-commerce expert.
He made strong promises like:
Guaranteed increase in Sales
Professional Amazon account management
Proven strategies for growth
Quick and visible results
After watching their Videos and trusting these claims, I decided to move forward.
Payment Made
I paid ₹5,950 for their service.
At this stage, everything looked professional and convincing.
What Happened After Payment
Things changed completely after the payment was made.
Here’s what I experienced:
❌ No Results
No increase in Sales
In fact, Sales dropped after giving them access
❌ Poor Execution
Listings were not properly handled
Basic Amazon issues were not resolved
❌ Delays Everywhere
Tasks that should take hours took days
No clear progress or updates
Communication Problems
One of the biggest issues was communication.
Calls were rarely answered
I was always told to “message on WhatsApp”
Promised callbacks never happened
Different team members gave different answers
Even simple requests like activating listings or arranging Amazon support calls were delayed.
