Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Job Posting:
Identify and post at least six Aviation-related job openings per day across major regions (including AU, CA, UAE, NZ, UK, USA) to Flying‑Crews’ platform and LinkedIn
Social Media & Community Engagement:
Share opportunities via LinkedIn, Instagram, Quora; create YouTube content to boost reach and applicant engagement
Learning & Development Coordination: Support development and delivery of HR-focused training materials and content tailored for Aviation professionals.
Reporting & Planning:
Prepare daily reports on accomplishments and next‑day work planning for transparency and alignment.
We’re Looking For
Undergraduate/graduate students in HR, Business, Aviation Management, or related fields
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working remotely
Proficient with digital tools (Word, Excel, Google Workspace), social media engagement, and potentially basic video editing
Able to commit to regular tasks and collaborate with remote mentors
