As the CEO and Co-Founder of an Aviation #Start-Up, my role may seem very Glamorous from the outside, but the reality is quite different. Here's a glimpse into the #Real #Glamorous side of my life:

Missing the thrill of flying and aviation days, where even a simple cup of coffee in the cockpit held special significance.

Here's a candid peek into the less glamorous facets of my life:

Yearning for the thrill of flying and the camaraderie of aviation days.

Longing for the simple pleasure of savoring a cup of coffee in the cockpit.

Battling the relentless monotony that shadows my daily routine.

Finding it challenging to carve out time off whenever the need arises.

Juggling a jam-packed calendar, brimming with 8-10 meetings each day.

Viewing social outings as rare luxuries rather than regular indulgences.

Sacrificing personal time and making tough decisions to balance work and family commitments.

Navigating a slim margin for error in my line of work, leaving no room for mistakes.

Carrying the weight of work even during supposed downtime, with vacations accompanied by its constant presence.

Witnessing personal hobbies and activities take a backseat to the demands of work.

Constantly strategizing to drive forward my agency's growth.

Embracing the added responsibility of being accountable not only to myself but also to my team.

Wrestling with moments of doubt and the urge to throw in the towel, knowing that perseverance is paramount.

Confronting the gritty reality of entrepreneurship, where building a business demands priority over everything else in life.

Monotony often accompanies me in my daily routine, with a packed calendar of 8-10 meetings each day.

Taking time off isn't always feasible, and social outings become a luxury I can't indulge in as frequently as I'd like.

Balancing work and family time often requires difficult sacrifices, with personal hobbies taking a backseat to work commitments.

The margin for error in my line of work is slim, leaving no room for mistakes, and even vacations are not entirely free from work obligations.

The constant pressure to propel my agency's growth occupies my mind, and being accountable to my team adds an extra layer of responsibility.

Despite the challenges, I have no regrets about choosing this path. While I might tweak certain aspects if given the chance, every profession has its highs and lows, and I willingly embrace these sacrifices.

But amidst it all, I'm glad I did. When reflecting on life, these two sentences will likely echo: "I'm glad I did." It's never too late to say yes to that job, say no to things that don't feel right, catch that flight and travel, or prioritize your own happiness by choosing yourself.

It's never too late to turn your dreams into reality. A career isn't solely about perpetual enjoyment; it's about constructing something you deeply care about and take pride in.

Nonetheless, every profession carries its highs and lows, and I wholeheartedly embrace these sacrifices. Nevertheless, "I'm glad I did":
