- Time blocking Armed with my list of priorities, I employ the time-blocking technique. I allocate specific time slots for each activity, ensuring that every aspect of my life receives the attention it deserves. This prevents any one area from overshadowing the others.

 

 Efficiecient When it comes to studying, I focus on quality over quantity. I break down complex topics into smaller, manageable chunks and tackle them during my most productive hours. I also leverage study groups and online resources to enhance my understanding and retention.

 

 Seamless Integration, I seek opportunities to integrate my various commitments. For instance, I might choose a research topic for my studies that aligns with my internship or work. This allows me to apply what I learn in the classroom to real-world scenarios, and vice versa.

 

- Self-Care Amidst the chaos, I make sure to prioritize self-care. This includes getting enough sleep, eating nutritious meals, and engaging in activities that help me relax and recharge.
