Before the examination in Japan, the principal sent a letter to the parents of the children whose English  / Hindi translation is as follows: -

"Dear Parents,

 I know you are very anxious that your son should do well in the examination,

But keep in mind that these children who are giving the exam, there are also future good artists who do not need to understand maths at all,

Representatives of big companies are also sitting in it, who do not need to understand English literature and history.

Among these children, there are great musicians of the future, in whose eyes low marks in Chemistry do not matter.

All this will have no effect on their future. Among these children, there are also future athletes, in whose view their fitness is more important than their marks.

So if your child gets more marks then it is a very good thing but if he could not get more marks then you should not take away his self-confidence and his self-respect from the child.

If he can't get good marks then you will encourage him that it doesn't matter it's a small test.

They are made to do something bigger in life.

If he gets less marks then tell him that you still love him and you will not judge him because of his low marks.

Do this for God's sake and when you do this then you will see that your child will win the world too.

An exam and low marks can't take away your child's dreams and talent

And yes please don't think that only doctors and engineers are happy in this world

 मैं जानता हूं आप इसको लेकर बहुत बेचैन हैं कि आपका बेटा इम्तिहान में अच्छा प्रदर्शन करें, 

लेकिन ध्यान रखें कि यह बच्चे जो इम्तिहान दे रहे हैं इनमें भविष्य के अच्छे कलाकार भी हैं जिन्हें गणित समझने की बिल्कुल जरूरत नहीं,

इनमें बड़ी बड़ी कंपनियों के प्रतिनिधि भी बैठे हैं, जिन्हें इंग्लिश लिटरेचर और इतिहास समझने की जरूरत नहीं है, 

इन बच्चों में भविष्य के बड़े-बड़े संगीतकार भी हैं जिनकी नजर में केमिस्ट्री के कम अंकों का कोई महत्व नहीं, 

इन सबका इनके भविष्य पर कोई असर नहीं पड़ने वाला इन बच्चों में भविष्य के एथलीट्स भी हैं जिनकी नजर में उनके मार्क्स से ज्यादा उन की फिटनेस जरूरी है|

लिहाजा अगर आपका बच्चा ज्यादा नंबर लाता है तो बहुत अच्छी बात है लेकिन अगर वह ज्यादा नंबर नहीं ला सका तो तो आप बच्चे से उसका आत्मविश्वास और उसका स्वाभिमान ना छीन ले। 

अगर वह अच्छे नंबर ना ला सके तो आप उन्हें हौसला दीजिएगा की कोई बात नहीं यह एक छोटा सा इम्तिहान हैl 

वह तो जिंदगी में इससे भी कुछ बड़ा करने के लिए बनाए गए हैं l

अगर वह कम मार्क्स लाते हैं तो आप उन्हें बता दें कि आप फिर भी इनसे प्यार करते हैं और आप उन्हें उन के कम अंको की वजह से जज नहीं करेंगे l 

ईश्वर के लिए ऐसा ही कीजिएगा और जब आप ऐसा करेंगे फिर देखिएगा कि आपका बच्चा दुनिया भी जीत  लेगा l 

एक इम्तिहान और कम नंबर आपके बच्चे से इसके सपने और इसका टैलेंट नहीं छीन सकते 

और हां प्लीज ऐसा मत सोचिएगा कि इस दुनिया में सिर्फ डॉक्टर और इंजीनियर ही खुश रहते हैं

 "अपने बच्चों को एक. अच्छा इंसान बनने की शिक्षा दीजिये.

 केवल अंक ही बच्चों की योग्यता का मापदंड नही..
