Russell Hazelton, 78, whose primary home was in Factoryville, Pa. but who had a secondary home in Town & Country, died early Thursday at SSM DePaul Health Center in Bridgeton, Major Bill Carson, deputy chief of the Maryland Heights Police Department, said. His wife Suzanne Hazelton, 69, is in critical condition, Carson said.
