The Role: Project Director Visionary Leadership

As the Project Director, you will be the face of the brand. You will manage a sophisticated system that connects verified local operators with global travel demand, ensuring a "One City, One Operator" monopoly to eliminate internal competition and maximize profitability.

Core Objectives

Strategic Expansion:
Scale operations from a Pan-India foundation to 146 countries.
Digital Authority:
Execute high-level Social Media Marketing (SMM) to ensure daily brand dominance.
Operational Excellence:
Lead a high-performance, WFH-savvy workforce by example.
Network Partnership:
Onboard and manage city-specific operators to solidify our "Monopoly" growth model.

Key Responsibilities

Global Business Development:
Identify, vet, and onboard premier taxi and travel partners across every major Indian city.
SMM & Lead Generation:
Drive aggressive daily promotion on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook to capture both supply-side partners and corporate/tourism demand.
Remote Team Management:
Mentor and monitor a global remote team, fostering a culture of accountability and high-energy output.
Brand Stewardship:
Act as the primary liaison for Country Partners, ensuring all local operations meet our global brand standards.
